THE RETURN brings back the OG Fuse Machine with the same lower-tier Brainrots (Common–Legendary) for indexing, plus 8 NEW Brainrots for Mythic–Secret including Hydra Dragon Cannelloni. Only six Brainrots return from the old Fuse: Pipi Corni (Common), Pipi Avocado (Rare), Ti Ti Ti Sahur (Epic), Penguino Cocosino (Epic), Cocosini Mama (Legendary), Pi Pi Watermelon (Legendary). Everything else is new; La Supreme Combinasion does not return.

Event Mechanics
The OG Fuse Machine reopens as part of THE RETURN event. Lower tiers (Common–Legendary) use the same Brainrots as before for Index. Mythic–Secret pool adds 8 new fusion outcomes including Hydra Dragon Cannelloni. Returning from the old Fuse: Pipi Corni, Pipi Avocado, Ti Ti Ti Sahur, Penguino Cocosino, Cocosini Mama, Pi Pi Watermelon. La Supreme Combinasion is not in the pool.
